To Mask or Not to Mask: Sadly, it is Still a Question
“The average citizen remains confused as the health authorities flip flop directions concerning the wearing of masks.”
Did you ever think of your mind as a battle field? Without a visible enemy or a single shot being fired the world has been brought to its knees by the fear of the unknown. Like most wars your surroundings may be in ruin from the years battling Covid; yes, restrictions were lifted, air travel is now permitted and the borders are freely open, great right? If you are still watching the Pinocchio main steam media, the EG.5 drums are beating stoking up the fear-based porn while warning the public that a possible health tsunami is on the horizon. How can you tell their plans are working, masks become the public thermometer that the fever is rising.
Don’t forget what the Pfizer spokesperson said, that their jabs were not tested to prevent viral transmission, which is the very foundation for their administration. This entire fear campaign is diversion to keep the public focus distracted while NATO and The World Holocaust Organization (WHO) do their thing behind the scenes, don’t look up!
As a review what has the past lies taught us, can we really trust their word? The World Health Organization (WHO) first estimated that the death rate from Covid-19 would be 3.4% of those contracting the virus, and due to the high death rate, it caused massive fear and panic and was the cause of the lockdowns. Later the Center for Disease Control (CDC) said oopsie, our wrong, admitting the numbers were much lower, instead of 3.4% it was 0.26% and the official estimate was a 0.4% fatality rate among those who are symptomatic and project a 35% rate of asymptomatic cases among those infected, which drops the overall infection fatality rate (IFR) to just 0.26%. If we were to adjust for the 50% asymptomatic the rate would drop the fatality rate to 0.2% – less than the possibility of dying in a car accident and exactly the rate of fatality Dr. John Ionnidis of Stanford University projected.
With such an impressive track record should they still be trusted wholeheartedly? I have seen many viral outbreaks in the past 37 years and while in practice, some were much worse than others and, in those years, more people with comorbidities died. How do you think the world would respond if the WHO were to say, we expect the 2023/2024 flu season will be a virulent strain, do you think they would get the same response as with COVID/OmnicomEG.5? The people are familiar with the flu, which by the way SARS/COVID2 is a novel strain, they know it because they lived through it all their lives, but the unknown, that leaves a lot to the imagination and how it gets spun by the media.
In retrospect, we lived through two bouts of the corona virus, both SARS and MERS, as natural immunity created the antibodies and herd immunity and life moved on. When sick stay at home, bundle up and sweat it out, drink plenty of fluids, increase vitamin C and D and eat chicken noodle soup while your body recovers back to healthy state.
The approach to COVID-19 completely changed everything that had worked in the past, natural immunity would not be enough. Privately owned health authorizes such as WHO or CDC were influenced by Dr. Fauci of NIH and successful influenced government authorities such as the FDA and Health Canada. These trusted groups did not do their due diligence—this was discovered when the Pfizer spokesperson said their jabs were not tested to prevent viral transmission, which is the very foundation for their administration.
The public is still left confused, one example is when the World Health Organization changed their recommendation regarding face masks, “There is no specific evidence to suggest that the wearing of masks by the mass population has any potential benefit. In fact, there’s some evidence to suggest the opposite in the misuse of wearing a mask properly or fitting it properly,” said Dr. Mike Ryan, executive director of the WHO health emergencies program in March 2020. Only two months later, at the beginning of June, the WHO changed its advice and claimed that facial masks should be worn in public, did they manage to change the size of the virus so they could be trapped by masks?
Unfortunately, this is not where it all ends. Many medical experts claim that wearing face masks is harmful to the wearer. It means that not only do face masks not protect you but they can limit your oxygen and even redirect harmful pathogens that you may be carrying back into your airway. According to a video of Dr. Margarite Griesz-Brisson MD, PhD (a Consultant Neurologist and Neurophysiologist with a PhD in Pharmacology, with special interest in neurotoxicology, environmental medicine, neuroregeneration and neuroplasticity), masks and their effects on our brains could be much more serious than we thought.
“The re-breathing of our exhaled air will without a doubt create oxygen deficiency and a flooding of carbon dioxide. We know that the human brain is very sensitive to oxygen deprivation. There are nerve cells for example in the hippocampus, that can’t be longer than 3 minutes without oxygen – they cannot survive.
The acute warning symptoms are headaches, drowsiness, dizziness, issues in concentration, slowing down of the reaction time – reactions of the cognitive system.
However, when you have chronic oxygen deprivation, all of those symptoms disappear, because you get used to it. But your efficiency will remain impaired, and the undersupply of oxygen in your brain continues to progress.”[1]
Dr. Griesz-Brisson is definitely not the only one warning us, other medical experts—like virus expert Dr. Judy Mikovits—say as well that masks can cause harm to wearers. According to Weblyf.com, in social media posts she has written: “Do you not know how unhealthy it is to keep inhaling your carbon dioxide and restricting proper oxygen flow? The body requires AMPLE amounts of oxygen for optimal immune health. Proper oxygenation of your cells and blood is ESSENTIAL for the body to function as it needs to in order to fight off any illness. Masks will hamper oxygen intake.”
The Cochrane Library and systematic reviews of primary research in human health care and health policy, are internationally recognized as the highest gold standard in evidence-based health care, high-quality summaries presenting unbiased information useful for developing guidelines and, thus, impact clinical decision-making. They investigate the effects of interventions for prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation.[2]
Medical/surgical masks compared to no masks (randomized controlled trial RCTs)
“We included 12 trials (10 cluster-RCTs) comparing medical/surgical masks versus no masks to prevent the spread of viral respiratory illness (two trials with healthcare workers and 10 in the community). Wearing masks in the community probably makes little or no difference to the outcome of influenza-like illness (ILI)/COVID-19 like illness compared to not wearing masks (risk ratio (RR) 0.95, 95% confidence interval (CI) 0.84 to 1.09; 9 trials, 276,917 participants; moderate-certainty evidence. Wearing masks in the community probably makes little or no difference to the outcome of laboratory-confirmed influenza/SARS-CoV-2 compared to not wearing masks (RR 1.01, 95% CI 0.72 to 1.42; 6 trials, 13,919 participants; moderate-certainty evidence). Harms were rarely measured and poorly reported (very low-certainty evidence).”
N95/P2 respirators compared to medical/surgical masks
“We pooled trials comparing N95/P2 respirators with medical/surgical masks (four in healthcare settings and one in a household setting). We are very uncertain on the effects of N95/P2 respirators compared with medical/surgical masks on the outcome of clinical respiratory illness (RR 0.70, 95% CI 0.45 to 1.10; 3 trials, 7779 participants; very low-certainty evidence). N95/P2 respirators compared with medical/surgical masks may be effective for ILI (RR 0.82, 95% CI 0.66 to 1.03; 5 trials, 8407 participants; low-certainty evidence). Evidence is limited by imprecision and heterogeneity for these subjective outcomes. The use of a N95/P2 respirators compared to medical/surgical masks probably makes little or no difference for the objective and more precise outcome of laboratory-confirmed influenza infection (RR 1.10, 95% CI 0.90 to 1.34; 5 trials, 8407 participants; moderate-certainty evidence). Restricting pooling to healthcare workers made no difference to the overall findings. Harms were poorly measured and reported, but discomfort wearing medical/surgical masks or N95/P2 respirators was mentioned in several studies (very low-certainty evidence).”
Authors’ conclusions
“The pooled results of RCTs did not show a clear reduction in respiratory viral infection with the use of medical/surgical masks. There were no clear differences between the use of medical/surgical masks compared with N95/P2 respirators in healthcare workers when used in routine care to reduce respiratory viral infection.”[3]
Other experts have also warned the public against wearing facemasks as the virus can get trapped in the material and cause infection when the wearer breathes in. “By wearing a mask, the exhaled viruses will not be able to escape and will concentrate in the nasal passages, enter the olfactory nerves and travel into the brain” says board-certified neurosurgeon Dr. Russell Blaylock. In a new study of 12 face masks, every mask contained titanium dioxide (TiO2) particles—which is a known carcinogen—in at least one layer, at levels that “exceeded the acceptable exposure level.”[4]
One of our most important tasks is to be able to navigate among different types of contradictory information, question the questionable and remember what the long-known facts and logic tells us. We should also be aware of our actions and their long-term consequences because our health and future could be determined by them. Common sense should prevail, when you are sick stay home and get well.
The best defense is a powerful offense—this means keeping our immune system strong by avoiding unfounded fear, making healthy choices concerning our diet, regular exercise, peaceful sleep and making up for the shortfalls with high quality naturopathic therapeutic medicine. To cover your bases use the Life Choice version of a one-a-day supplement Opti-Cal/Mag with K2 along with Super Multi-Vitamin, and to maintain your T-cells for improved immunity Thymus Gland and Immunity 4 in 1. Keep in mind that the human gut is the bedding ground for disease and the need to re-populate the gastrointestinal tract with balanced friendly bacteria and to prevent leaking gut is essential – Laktokhan Probiotic Complex and Full Spectrum Digestive Enzymes are a great start. For women it is especially important to maintain hormone balance with HGH+, Thyrodine Thyroid Gland and Progest Liposome Cream and for men with Fiery Male and HGH+.
At this junction we cannot rely on others for our health; our help rests within our own two hands. We must come to the awareness that we are in a physical and spiritual war and the battle being waged is within the human mind. Meditate and pray that our mind and soul become our protection, our helmet and armor of defense to shield our pathway through the fear and confusion to remain healthy and victorious and to help others find their way.
